2. How many therapists do you have?

We have 3 beauty / aroma therapists and 3 make-up artists on our team.

3. My skin is very sensitive. How do I know if my skin can take the products offered?

Beauty Haven believes in product sampling. We offer our clients product samples for trial if they are unsure.

4. How often do I need to go for facial treatments?

If your skin is blemish-free and is without problem, once a month is sufficient. If you have severe acne / breakouts, 2 weeks once is encouraged.

5. Must I use the products prescribed if I am doing facial treatments at Beauty Haven?

Preferably, as we know our products very well and it will help to speed up the recovery rate of your skin if you have problematic skin condition. We wouldn't want you to expose your skin to harmful ingredients, especially if you are undergoing intensive skin treatment with us. It will be a waste of our efforts and your money.

6. Do you take in male clients?

Yes, we do. However, only upon recommendation.
We offer Facial Treatments, Reiki, Back Massage, Pedicure and Manicure to our male clients.

7. How far in advance do I need to make the appointment?

It depends on when you want the appointment. For weekday appointments, ~ 2-3 days advance is fine. For weekends, it is better to book us 1 week in advance. We do put our clients on wait-list if the dates wanted are not available. Should there be a cancellation, we will notify the client immediately.

8. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept VISA or MASTERCARD for any transactions above RM80.

9. Do you offer installment plans?

Yes, we do offer installment plans for facial programs and body treatments above RM1000.
